About The Position

The Certified Caregiver, Memory Care provides residents with assistance in activities of daily living, including grooming and bathing, and helps maintain their personal environments. The caregiver transports residents around the community to activities, other departments, and dining; responds promptly and safely to emergency calls, resident and visitor requests, and environmental hazards; follows resident care plans; and obtains vital signs. The schedule is full-time, Sunday through Thursday, 2:00–10:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Valid Arizona Caregiver Certificate.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet all state educational requirements for the position.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as grooming and bathing, and help maintain their personal environments.

• Review and adhere to resident care plans.
