Certified Behavior Technician-in home (Everett)
About The Position
SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Certified Behavior Technician to provide in-home and community-based therapy to youth with developmental disabilities in Everett. The role involves delivering individualized, Applied Behavior Analysis-driven programs and providing one-to-one therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst. The therapist tracks client progress and program data, provides feedback to the supervisor, and supports communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 4:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. The stated pay range is $21.00–$25.00 per hour. SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, provides integrated behavioral services for people with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities. Its team includes behavior analysts, therapists, social workers, counselors, and psychologists.
Requirements
- Certified behavior technician certificate.
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or a behaviorally challenged population.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation and insurance.
- Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment.
- Provide one-to-one therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting.
- Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
- Provide feedback regarding client progress to the supervisor.
- Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
- Track client progress and program data.
- Understand and adhere to Company Policy and Procedures.
- Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient-related information.
