Certified Behavior Technician in Marysville
About The Position
SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is hiring a Certified Behavior Technician to provide in-home therapy in Marysville. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The role implements individualized, Applied Behavior Analysis-driven treatment plans for youth with developmental disabilities and supports clients in improving their quality of life. SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, takes a holistic, integrated approach to serving people with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities. Its behavior analysts, therapists, social workers, counselors, and psychologists combine their expertise to deliver behavioral services that help clients live more positive, active, and social lives.
Requirements
- Certified behavior technician certificate.
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or a behaviorally challenged population.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation and insurance.
- Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

- Bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment.
- Provide one-to-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home or community setting.
- Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
- Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to the supervisor.
- Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
- Track client progress and program data.
- Understand and adhere to Company policies and procedures.
- Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information.
