About The Position

Behavioral Framework is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in their homes. The role involves implementing behavior intervention plans, tracking data, writing progress notes, and collaborating with a BCBA Supervisor. The position offers part-time hours in a structured afternoon/evening schedule, with assignments based on client needs. Requirements

• Experience working with children.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to a mobile device and ability to navigate technology platforms such as Zoom and email.
• Reliable transportation; bus and Uber are not considered reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to actively participate in ABA therapy and assume postures including kneeling, squatting, crouching, sitting, and standing.
• Visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work.
• Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication.
• Availability 4–5 weekdays between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., working 4–5 hours per day within that window; specific schedules depend on client needs.

• Board-certified Registered Behavior Technician; a $500 sign-on bonus is offered to board-certified technicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy in a home setting.
• Implement behavior intervention plans.
