About The Position

Sentinel Neurobehavioral Care & Solutions, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician / Certified Behavior Technician (CBT/RBT) to join our team in Spokane, WA. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children
• Passion for supporting children with special needs
• Reliable transportation
• CBT Certification
• Must be at least 18 years of age to meet regulatory, background check, and BACB eligibility requirements for behavioral healthcare providers

Nice To Haves

• In-Home experience preferred
• Active CPR certification
• RBT is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions
