About The Position
Towbin Dodge Ram, part of the Towbin Auto Group, is growing and looking for experienced, certified automotive technicians to join our high-volume service department. We are hiring experienced technicians across several specialties, including: STELLANTIS PHASE 3 CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN, ALFA ROMEO TECHNICIAN, and DODGE TRANSMISSION TECHNICIAN. We are looking for experienced technicians who are ready to build a long-term career while staying busy and earning competitively. You'll have access to consistent repair orders in a high-volume shop, modern diagnostic equipment and technology, air-conditioned service bays, experienced leadership and management, and opportunities to work on Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, and Alfa Romeo vehicles. We offer ongoing training and development, strong team support, and career growth within the Towbin Auto Group.
Requirements
- Stellantis Certification
- Previous automotive dealership technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Engine and/or transmission repair experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume dealership environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Stellantis Phase 3 Certification
- Master-Level Stellantis Certifications
- CDJR / Mopar Certifications
- Alfa Romeo Certification or dealership experience
- Advanced transmission experience
- ASE Certifications
Responsibilities
- Performing advanced diagnostics and automotive repairs
- Diagnosing electrical, drivability, engine, suspension, and transmission concerns
- Performing engine and transmission removal and replacement
- Using factory diagnostic equipment and OEM repair procedures
- Completing warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer standards
- Performing thorough vehicle inspections
- Maintaining accurate repair orders and service documentation
- Communicating repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors
- Completing repairs efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Assisting and mentoring other technicians when needed
