About The Position

Bell Audi is expanding and actively seeking experienced Certified, A-Level, and B-Level Automotive Technicians to join their high-performing service team. The company is looking for technicians with robust diagnostic and repair skills, including those with experience in used-car reconditioning, mainline repairs, and working on a variety of makes and models. Whether your expertise lies in Audi, luxury/import vehicles, dealership service, or multi-brand automotive repair, Bell Audi encourages you to apply. They have specific openings for Certified Audi Technicians, experienced A-Level Technicians with advanced diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical skills, strong B-Level Technicians with dealership experience, and experienced technicians for used-car reconditioning and mainline repairs on all makes and models. A minimum of 2 years of used-car/reconditioning experience is preferred for the Used Car/Mainline position.

Requirements

  • Previous dealership or equivalent automotive repair experience
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to accurately diagnose and repair vehicle concerns
  • Experience working efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Team-oriented attitude and professional work ethic
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair Audi and other makes and models
  • Perform used-vehicle reconditioning and mainline repairs
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
  • Perform repairs involving engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C systems
  • Use diagnostic equipment and specialty service tools
  • Perform multi-point inspections and identify necessary repairs
  • Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer specifications
  • Test-drive vehicles and verify completed repairs
  • Follow OEM repair procedures and manufacturer standards
  • Stay current with technical bulletins, technology, and repair procedures
  • Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors
  • Complete work accurately, efficiently, and safely
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
