The role involves diagnosing and repairing Lexus vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Requirements

Must be at least 19 years old.
Able to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test.
Must possess a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair Lexus vehicles with accuracy and efficiency, following dealership and factory standards.
Communicate clearly with the parts department to ensure timely parts delivery and notify team leader if awaiting parts or special orders.
Accurately diagnose malfunctions and perform authorized repairs.
Save and tag parts when jobs are under warranty or requested by the customer.
Inspect vehicles thoroughly to recommend additional safety or service work when needed.
Notify Service Consultants promptly if additional work is needed, unnecessary, or if repairs cannot be completed as promised.
Document all work performed on repair orders with detailed concern, cause, and correction notes.
Road-test vehicles to verify quality of repairs.
Return customer vehicles clean and ready to drive.
Stay current with factory technical bulletins and attend factory training classes regularly.
Maintain a clean, organized shop and account for dealership-owned tools at all times.
Follow all federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal.
Demonstrate professionalism and embody Lexus's vision, mission, and values in all interactions.
Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure a safe work environment.
