About The Position

The Certified Automotive Technician is the top technician on the maintenance team, focusing on vehicle diagnostics and repairs. The role helps keep equipment operational through preventive maintenance and handles complex repairs, including engine and transmission overhauls. The technician serves as a master technician and provides leadership through product knowledge and quality standards. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The hourly rate is $24.50.

Requirements

• At least three years of vehicle maintenance experience.
• ASE certification.
• Ability to perform vehicle repairs without oversight.
• Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire-changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools.
• Must have tools to perform necessary repairs.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Trade school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic work and vehicle repairs.
