About The Position
The Medical College of Wisconsin’s Anesthesia department is seeking a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant for an Assistant Professor role. This position is located in Milwaukee, WI. This role will work with a medically directed team involving faculty anesthesiologists, anesthesiology fellows, residents, and advanced practice certified nurse anesthetists and CAAs. The successful candidate must possess the ability to provide high quality anesthesia care to a complex patient population, working directly under the supervision of our Adult Anesthesiologists and as part of a team of highly trained and dedicated team of CAAs and certified nurse anesthetists.
Requirements
- Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA)
- Master’s of Science in Anesthesiology
- Wisconsin licensure or eligible
- AHA BCLS and/or ACLS
Nice To Haves
- Previous CAA experience in Adult Anesthesiology
- Adult Health Care experience
