As the leading anesthesia practice in the region, we are seeking experienced Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAA) and new graduates to join our high-quality anesthesia practice in Colorado Springs, which prioritizes lifestyle. Our practice holds exclusive contracts at three CommonSpirit hospitals: Penrose Hospital, St. Francis Medical Center, and St. Francis Interquest, along with three outpatient surgery centers. We offer a diverse range of cases with a significant orthopedic volume, and limited trauma cases (level 2 & 3 hospitals). CAAs have a voice at USAP, with opportunities for leadership locally and nationally through various positions and the National Care Team Advisory Committee (NCAC). Previously known as Pikes Peak Anesthesia Associates, we were the largest anesthesia provider in Southern Colorado and joined USAP in 2017. We continue to be the preeminent provider of inpatient and outpatient anesthesia care to the Colorado Springs community, serving approximately 50,000 procedures annually across 8 facilities. Requirements
- Must comply with all American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants guidelines.
- Must meet state licensure requirements.
- Must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for hospital privileges.
