About The Position

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a full-time Certified Anesthesia Tech for the day shift (0900–1730) at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The role supports anesthesiologists and nursing staff in patient care by preparing, maintaining, stocking, cleaning, and processing anesthesia equipment and supplies. The position also includes preparing invasive lines, performing point-of-care testing, and rotating organ transplant call.

Requirements

Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
Graduate of an accredited Anesthesia Technician program.
Cer. A.T.T.

Nice To Haves

Six months of experience in a surgery department preferred.
Six months of organ transplant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, and store anesthesia machines and equipment in areas where anesthesia is delivered, and transport machines as needed.
Stock anesthesia machines with drugs and drug trays supplied by pharmacy, as well as materials and supplies; stock anesthesia carts.
Clean and/or decontaminate anesthesia machines, equipment, and supplies.
Ensure appropriate processing of reusable items.
Make continuous rounds during the assigned shift to assist anesthesiologists and nursing staff in managing patient care.
Prepare invasive lines used by anesthesiologists.
Perform point-of-care testing.
Rotate organ transplant call.
Retrieve and transport medications as needed.
