Your Role in Our Mission: As a CADC you will provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, IOP coverage, and therapeutic services to adults and children with substance use needs. This role involves facilitating group therapy, collaborating with clinical teams and referral sources, and supporting clients through aftercare planning and community referrals. Will also facilitate SAIOP group sessions. The SUD Specialist also ensures accurate documentation, supports crisis intervention, and promotes a safe, therapeutic environment. Services are provided under clinical supervision.

Requirements

  • CADC certification required.
  • 2 years of experience in Substance Use services.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel.
