About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor to facilitate impactful groups and provide support in our outpatient clinic. This role involves providing life-changing care and hope to individuals in the community. Requirements

• CADC required
• 2 years of experience in Substance Use services
• Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy
• Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of therapeutic practices
• Group facilitation techniques
• Problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis

Responsibilities

• Provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, IOP coverage, and therapeutic services to adults and children with substance use needs.
• Facilitate group therapy.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and referral sources.
• Support clients through aftercare planning and community referrals.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Support crisis intervention.
• Promote a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Provide services under clinical supervision.
