About The Position

As a Ceramic Ferrule Machine Operator, you’ll be part of our team located in Elyria, OH. You’ll get to load and unload the ferrule furnace, maintain proper temperature, and assist the Ferrule Team Member in servicing the ferrule presses. Your responsibilities will also include box/container making, packaging (including weigh up, labeling, sealing, wrapping), transport and store in inventory location, and maintaining appropriate documents.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a manufacturing ceramic kiln environment requiring the employee to stand and walk for majority of an 8 to 10-hour day.
• Bend, lift product, equipment and tools up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
• Basic computer skills, specifically with performing inventory transactions
• Forklift certified or ability to successfully complete B&D approved forklift certification program
