About The Position

As a Ceramic Ferrule Machine Operator, you’ll be part of our team located in Elyria, OH. You’ll get to load and unload the ferrule furnace, maintain proper temperature, assist the Ferrule Team Member in servicing the ferrule presses, and perform box/container making, packaging (including weigh up, labeling, sealing, wrapping), transport and store in inventory location and maintaining appropriate documents. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a manufacturing ceramic kiln environment requiring the employee to stand and walk for majority of an 8 to 10-hour day.
Bend, lift product, equipment and tools up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
Basic computer skills, specifically with performing inventory transactions
Forklift certified or ability to successfully complete B&D approved forklift certification program

Responsibilities
