About The Position
Our client, a growing healthcare conglomerate is seeking an execution-oriented CEO to lead and grow their (existing 12 location plus growth) Assisted Living organization. This individual will have full ownership of the business line, with responsibility for operations, team leadership, and expansion of the platform. Ideal candidates are hands-on operators with strong people management skills. Location flexible; travel required. Base + significant upside.
