As a Centralized Scheduling Representative II, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their scheduling needs in a fast-paced call center environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous customer service experience is required.
  • Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
  • Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.
  • Willingness to follow directions and accept supervision, with a positive and adaptable attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 1 year of previous call center experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the appointment system efficiently, ensuring clients are scheduled appropriately.
  • Screen referrals for service needs, pulling them into working queues, and process referrals accordingly.
  • Schedule first-time appointments for Outpatient and Psychiatric Services upon provider call outs.
  • Respond to all emails, providing assistance or directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as sending appointment letters/reminders, maintaining filing systems, generating reports, completing activity logs, and entering information into tracking systems in a timely manner.
  • Verify client insurance eligibility and referral sources using various online platforms and software systems.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the overall functioning of the office.
