About The Position
Responsible for Radiology appointments, obtaining insurance, answering multi-line phone for multiple locations, working with incoming faxes, and sending out medical records. Detail-oriented, excellent customer service skills, ability to manage multiple task throughout the workday leads to success in this role. Full Remote working within CST time-zone.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the workday
- Background in healthcare is preferred
- Background with eClnicalWorks Practice Management System preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high productivity environment
- Ability to exercise judgement and make decisions
- Excellent communication skills to communicate with patients, physicians, clients, coworkers and management staff
