About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join their team as a Centralized Scheduler. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels in accordance with company guidelines. You will coordinate scheduling objectively, plan and schedule staff for nursing units to assure resident care, and distribute staff appropriately throughout the facility to ensure staffing meets state and federal regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma, or equivalent, required
• Prior experience with staffing and/or scheduling software systems
• Must possess strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills and abilities
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Excel and Word applications
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in centralized scheduling preferred
• Prior experience as a staffing coordinator or scheduler in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Developing and coordinating resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels in accordance with company guidelines.
• Coordinating scheduling in an objective manner.
• Planning and scheduling staff for nursing units to assure care for the resident.
• Distributing staff appropriately throughout the facility to ensure staffing meets state and federal regulations.
