About The Position

Centralized Scheduler Tutera Senior Living & Health Care Are you a Centralized Scheduler seeking an exciting new career opportunity? Look no further! As a Centralized Scheduler, you are responsible for developing and coordinating resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels in accordance with company guidelines. You will coordinate scheduling in an objective manner, plan, and schedule staff for nursing units to assure care for the resident and distribute staff appropriately throughout the facility to ensure staffing meets state and federal regulations. Do You Have What It Takes? A fire and passion for working with seniors A flexible, fun, and energetic personality High school diploma, or equivalent, required Experience in centralized scheduling preferred Prior experience with staffing and/or scheduling software systems Prior experience as a staffing coordinator or scheduler in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred Minimum of one year of experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred Must possess strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills and abilities Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Excel and Word applications Professional image in both appearance and behavior Excellent written and oral communication skills Why is Tutera THE Employer of Choice? Requirements

A fire and passion for working with seniors

Prior experience with staffing and/or scheduling software systems
