About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented person who will be responsible for communicating with customers about their forklift needs and creating repair quotes. In this position, you will be expected to recommend services and repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service/phone skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer software and programs
• Mechanically inclined

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the automotive industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Initiates Forklift services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested from planned maintenance services.
• Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor.
• Communicate with parts and technicians to make sure everything needed is on hand.
• Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and, obtaining customer’s approval of estimates, obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers, answering questions and concerns.
• Serve as a link between customers and different departments in the organization.
