This role is responsible for all aspects related to entering medication orders for various facilities, ensuring that all Third-Party claims are billed properly. The technician will work remotely under the supervision of the Manager of Central Services and Implementation, following standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. They will also work within multiple HealthDirect facilities as directed and collaborate with client services representatives to urgently resolve customer service-related issues. The ability to communicate professionally via phone, email, and Teams is essential. Additionally, the technician will assist fellow technicians with training and daily functions.
