About The Position

The Centralized Administrative Processing Department at Cambrian is a centralized team of administrative processing operations, designed to streamline end-to-end member service, regardless of how our members choose to interact with us. Cambrian is seeking a Centralized Administrator I to join our team. As a key member of the Centralized Administration team, the Centralized Administrator I is responsible to provide accurate and timely completion of all level I administrative tasks such as but not limited to security requests, clearing, scanning, and processing / distributing internal / external documents.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in PC applications of Outlook, Word & Excel.
  • Strong reading comprehension; strong written and oral communication.
  • Ability to work well in a diverse environment with multiple and often changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum education level of Grade 12 or equivalent, with post-secondary education considered an asset.
  • One year administration experience is considered an asset, preferably in the financial industry.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the accurate and safe handling of routine member & customer banking documents and transactions within established operating controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Strive to complete all administrative activities accurately and efficiently within designated timeframes.
  • Accurately and independently follow documented (written) procedures to complete tasks, even when the procedure is not familiar.
  • Have excellent attention to detail with the ability to focus on tasks of a repetitive nature.
  • Embrace environment of continuous improvement by leaning into change, asking questions, and sharing ideas that move processes forward, and taking ownership of process improvements.
  • Demonstrate personal commitment to working in a changing team environment through positive performance and reliability.
