Requirements

Active Texas CNA certification (required)
Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
Basic computer skills (EMR, scheduling, timekeeping systems)
Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure

Nice To Haves

Experience in skilled nursing (SNF) strongly preferred
Background in central supply, staffing/scheduling, or healthcare operations a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory and par levels for medical supplies, PPE, and essential items
Receive, stock, rotate, and track supply usage
Manage vendor orders, backorders, and deliveries
Support infection control through proper supply handling and storage
Build and distribute staff schedules
Track call-offs and assist with real-time coverage solutions
Communicate staffing updates with nursing leadership
Assist with timekeeping corrections and agency coordination as needed
Safely transport residents to medical appointments
Complete vehicle inspections and required documentation
Maintain clean, safe, and ready-to-use vehicles
Assist with pharmacy, lab, and supply runs
Provide hands-on resident care, including ADLs, vitals, and mobility assistance
Respond to call lights and support meals, hydration, and restorative care
Promote resident dignity, safety, and comfort at all times
