About The Position
Cedar Community is seeking a proactive Central Supply Coordinator to manage inventory and ensure the smooth operation of supply and equipment for the Health Care Center. This role is ideal for a highly organized, energetic professional who enjoys staying active and supporting dedicated care teams in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in supply management or inventory control is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with the drive to solve problems before they happen.
- Comfort with active, physical tasks, including lifting and moving medical equipment throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of daily supply and equipment across the Health Care Center.
- Maintain highly accurate inventory records.
- Track daily supply usage.
- Manage billing documentation.
- Keep nursing supplies organized and fully stocked.
- Partner closely with nursing staff and other departments to anticipate and meet ongoing needs.
- Follow all federal, state, and local regulations to maintain high standards of documentation.
