Join our team as a Lead Technician for Central Sterile Processing where you will manage the daily operational activities of the Department. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising, directing and supporting the Central Sterile processing staff to meet the objectives of the department in collaboration with the Manager.
Requirements
- One year of experience in Central Sterile Supply Department
- High School Diploma of GED
- Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician (CRCST) Certification
- Knowledge of aseptic technique, sterilization technique, infection control requirements, and a basic knowledge of med/surg procedure terminology
- Time Management Skills
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operational activities of the Department.
- Supervising, directing and supporting the Central Sterile processing staff to meet the objectives of the department in collaboration with the Manager.
