About The Position
NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center is hiring Central Sterile Technicians to provide sterilization services for operating rooms, endoscopy suites, and clinics. The position is responsible for preparing surgical trays and supplies safely and cost-effectively, following established policies and procedures under the direction of the Central Sterile Manager. The role is based onsite in New York, New York, and is scheduled from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Employees must work rotating weekends and alternating holidays and live within a commutable distance to NYP. Travel expenses are not reimbursed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician (CRCST).
- Must work rotating weekends and alternating holidays.
- Must live within a commutable distance to NYP.
Nice To Haves
- Prior Central Sterile experience.
