About The Position
Stallion Infrastructure Services is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join their team of Central Station Operation professionals. This exciting role involves monitoring customer alarm systems and daily customer support interactions. Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided, and no prior experience is necessary.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and acknowledge video signals and alarms from customers’ video alarm systems
- Provide accurate information to the proper authorities by notifying appropriate points of contact of issues that arise i.e., dispatch police or security teams on verified threats and/or suspicious behavior
- Use your customer service skills and communication skills to be the superhero customers didn't know they needed
- Effectively document customer interactions regarding incidents, account inquiries and service requests
