Responsibilities

• Monitor and acknowledge video signals and alarms from customers’ video alarm systems (BONUS PAID FOR ARRESTS)
• Provide accurate information to the proper authorities by notifying appropriate points of contact of issues that arise i.e., dispatch police or security teams on verified threats and/or suspicious behavior
• Use your customer service skills and communication skills to be the superhero customers didn't know they needed
• Effectively document customer interactions regarding incidents, account inquiries and service requests
