About The Position

The CSO System Administrator is responsible for elevating the effectiveness of scheduling and staffing across the system. Key responsibilities include the development of scheduling and staffing workflows, best practices, identifying opportunities to enhance outcomes, and implementation and maintenance of the enterprise scheduling software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or health related discipline or four (4) years of relevant work experience.
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare operational role.
  • In lieu of degree a total of five (5) years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Elevating the effectiveness of scheduling and staffing across the system.
  • Development of scheduling and staffing workflows.
  • Development of best practices for scheduling and staffing.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance outcomes related to scheduling and staffing.
  • Implementation and maintenance of the enterprise scheduling software.
