About The Position

FYZICAL is seeking a Central Scheduling Coordinator to support our clinics by coordinating patient scheduling, managing referrals, and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact through treatment. This is a high-accountability, fast-paced position best suited for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a high volume of patient interactions and data entry throughout the day.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in scheduling, medical office administration, or high-volume customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
  • Ability to manage multiple systems, priorities, and deadlines throughout the day
  • Professional, clear communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and EMR systems preferred
  • Reliability and consistency in attendance and performance

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming patient referrals across multiple electronic systems and ensure timely follow-up
  • Schedule patient evaluations and appointments in accordance with clinic protocols
  • Accurately enter and update patient demographics, insurance, and referral information in the EMR system
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to schedule new patients and confirm appointments
  • Communicate clearly with patients, physician offices, and insurance representatives
  • Track and update patient activity in internal systems for reporting and accountability
  • Support front-end administrative processes including documentation, scanning, and coordination with clinical teams
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies
