About The Position

Flooring Services and its affiliated entities have been a respected leader in the home building industry since 1983. As a Central Processor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and the internal sales team. Your role is critical in ensuring smooth customer service and sales operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and managing various essential tasks.

Requirements

Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment

Responsibilities

Manage and respond to emails throughout the day
Answer and handle incoming phone calls
Run multiple reports as needed
Gather necessary information and documents to create customer orders
Create detailed work orders, including entering material and labor line items and typing precise installation instructions
Perform regular follow-ups with customers and team members
Maintain accurate records and databases
