About The Position

Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida is seeking a Central Processing Assistant Manager to join their team. This is a full-time position based in Bonita. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Strong interpersonal skills, time management, and communication skills.
Able to work a flexible schedule.
Ability to work in stressful conditions.
Adhere to major and minor work policies regarding safety.
Understand, follow, and communicate oral and written instructions.
Read, speak, hear, write, and conduct business-related mathematics.
Stand during scheduled hours.
Able to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, and move items.
Lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds.
May have to occasionally work outdoors where temperatures and climate can fluctuate.

Nice To Haves

Minimum 2 years retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to stores, admin, and all vendors/donors.
Achieve production goals and payroll objectives as outlined in the budget.
Train staff to comply with production goals, merchandise standards, customer service expectations, and mission integration.
Ensure full adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Demonstrate business acumen, interpersonal skills, and leadership to meet performance standards.
Work long hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
Complete all other duties as assigned by the Central Production Manager.
