The Central Maintenance Manager will lead by example, enforcing all health and safety regulations, maintaining safety records, and creating a safe work environment. This role oversees day-to-day maintenance operations in the Central departments, coordinating all activities with the production centers. The manager will lead all maintenance efforts, including preventative maintenance strategies, routine repairs, and breakdowns, while motivating a team of engineers, maintenance technicians, and supervisors to foster a culture of Safety and Reliability Centered Maintenance. A working knowledge of OSHA standards is required to keep workplaces safe, covering hazard communication, PPE, fall protection, electrical safety (Lockout/Tagout), machine guarding, and emergency procedures. The position involves developing and maintaining the maintenance budget, controlling costs, and ensuring critical spare parts are available. The manager will plan, lead, and execute multiple Outages through the Plant, ensuring start-up schedules and budgets are adhered to, and will set up and track KPIs to drive desired results.
