About The Position

Be a part of a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians working in a highly automated distribution center pharmacy that supports Kroger store pharmacies. The role includes preparing orders for pharmacist review, packaging, shipping, and inventory control. The technician trainee may also be called upon to assist with order shipping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass mandatory FBI/BCI background checks.

Responsibilities

• Complete automation canister product replenishments.
• Unpack and sort incoming deliveries of product.
• Sort orders and prepare totes for store delivery.
• Pack individual orders for shipment.
• Prepare orders for pharmacist review using manual and automated processes.
• Perform tasks associated with general production.
• Maintain departmental standards, including keeping work stations clean and organized.
• Follow all policies and procedures developed to ensure patient safety and security.
• Understand and adhere to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations and the company's related policies.
• Support company Health and Wellness initiatives.
• Perform the essential job functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
