About The Position

Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand is currently hiring a Centerless Grinder for our 1st shift. This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. The starting pay range is $26.00-$30.00/hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED (One year certificate from college or technical school preferred) or equivalent experience.
Minimum experience required is 1-3 years
Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions and interact with multiple personality types.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Mechanically inclined with strong math skills.
Ability to read basic measuring devices, including micrometers and calipers.
Working knowledge of surface footage and feed rates, and experienced in calculating feeds and speeds.

Responsibilities

Set up centerless grinder machinery.
Operate centerless grinder machinery upholding and adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines.
Inspect product to print, looking for any flaws and defect of material, including deburring if necessary.
Move completed material to next workstation.
Maintain clean and safe work environment.
Daily verbal communication with employees regarding work schedules and jobs.
Written and verbal communication with management as needed.
Other duties as assigned
