About The Position

This position is eligible for a $3000 Sign on Bonus! This role involves overseeing employees assigned to production areas within a Plasma Donation Center. The primary focus is on collecting high-quality plasma that becomes life-changing medicines. The Center Supervisor reports to the Center Manager and is responsible for the general management of employees in production areas. BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
• Frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
• Frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
• Prolonged glove wear is required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts
• Work with donors to resolve concerns
• Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events
• Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas
• Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts
