About The Position

This is a new Plasma Center opening in November 2026. BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. The Center Supervisor will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas. The donors met will motivate you, and the high-quality plasma collected will become life-changing medicines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
• Frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
• Frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
• Prolonged glove wear is required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts
• Work with donors to resolve concerns
• Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events
• Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas
• Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts
