About The Position

This is an hourly lead position in the Center Store Department, working directly with the Packaged Goods Manager. The primary duties involve merchandising, ordering, product movement, stocking, pricing, rotation, inventory (back stock control), returns, seasonal promotions, scanner maintenance, housekeeping, customer relations on the sales floor, and general supervision of Non-Perishable Departments in the Manager's absence. This role may require assuming opening and closing Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities. Secondary duties include working with the Corporate Merchandiser and other assignments from the Packaged Goods Manager. Buehler’s Fresh Foods is an employee-owned chain of 13 grocery stores located in northeast Ohio, committed to quality and customer care, and always "Putting People First".

Requirements

• Must be available to be scheduled 35+ hours a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
• Senior customer service clerk familiar with Non-Foods and Grocery.
