About The Position

The Center Store Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working with the Store Manager, this role trains, guides, and empowers team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The position also oversees inventory accuracy, compliance audits, invoice management, and regular vendor check-ins to support financial integrity, vendor partnerships, and product availability. Under the Store Manager’s supervision, the Center Store Manager oversees center store activities, completes daily bookwork and inventory responsibilities, and helps ensure daily tasks and safety processes are followed. As part of the store leadership team, this person steps in to lead when other leaders are unavailable and performs Store Team Member duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead with accountability and empowerment, influencing operational activities within the center of the store.
Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
Under the Store Manager’s supervision, oversee center store activities and ensure daily task lists are completed.
Conduct daily store walks and ensure safety processes are followed.
Ensure service and maintenance tickets are entered promptly.
Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
Serve as part of the store leadership team and step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance, manage invoices, and perform regular vendor check-ins.
