About The Position

The Center Store Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working with the Store Manager, this role trains, guides, and empowers team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The manager is accountable for inventory counts, compliance audits, invoice management, and regular vendor check-ins to support financial integrity, strong vendor partnerships, and product availability. Under the Store Manager’s supervision, the Center Store Manager oversees center store activities, manages inventory and daily bookwork, addresses guest concerns, and helps lead the store when other leaders are unavailable. The role also performs Store Team Member duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead with accountability and empowerment, influencing operational activities within the center of the store.
Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
Oversee center store activities under the Store Manager’s supervision.
Ensure daily task lists are completed.
Ensure daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
Serve as part of the store leadership team and lead when other leaders are unavailable.
Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
Conduct inventory counts and compliance audits, manage invoices, and complete regular vendor check-ins.
