About The Position

As a Center Store Manager, you’ll be a hands-on leader responsible for driving operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll train, guide, and empower team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll also be accountable for accurate inventory counts, conducting compliance audits, managing invoices to maintain financial integrity, and conducting regular vendor check-ins to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability. The role oversees center store activities under the supervision of the Store Manager and may involve stepping in to lead when other leaders are unavailable. The starting pay range is $18.00–$20.70; actual pay may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience, education, qualifications, local prevailing wages, and internal equity.

Responsibilities

Lead with accountability and empowerment, influencing operational activities within the center of the store.
Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
Oversee center store activities under the Store Manager’s supervision, ensuring daily task lists are completed, store walks and safety processes are followed, and service and maintenance tickets are entered promptly.
Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
Serve as part of the store leadership team and step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
Conduct compliance audits, manage invoices, and perform vendor check-ins to support financial integrity, vendor partnerships, and product availability.
