About The Position

As a Center Store Manager, you’ll be a hands-on leader responsible for driving operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll train, guide, and empower team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll also be accountable for accurate inventory counts, conducting audits to ensure compliance, managing invoices to maintain financial integrity, and performing regular vendor check-ins to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability. Under the supervision of the Store Manager, you’ll oversee center store activities and ensure daily tasks, store walks, safety processes, and service and maintenance tickets are handled. You’ll manage inventory and daily bookwork with oversight, respond to guest concerns, step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable, and perform Store Team Member duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead with accountability and empowerment, influencing operational activities within the center of the store.
Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
Oversee center store activities under the supervision of the Store Manager.
Ensure daily task lists are completed.
Ensure daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
Ensure service and maintenance tickets are entered promptly.
Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
Serve as part of the store leadership team and lead when other leaders are unavailable.
Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance, manage invoices, and perform regular vendor check-ins to support financial integrity, partnerships, and product availability.
