Center Store Manager - Tulsa, OK
About The Position
As a Center Store Manager, you’ll be a hands-on leader responsible for operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll train, guide, and empower team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll also be accountable for accurate inventory counts, compliance audits, invoice management, and regular vendor check-ins to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability. Under the supervision of the Store Manager, you’ll oversee center store activities, manage inventory, complete daily bookwork, and help ensure daily tasks and safety processes are completed. You’ll address guest concerns, keep the Store Manager informed, and step in to lead when other store leaders are unavailable. You’ll also perform Store Team Member duties as needed.

Responsibilities
- Lead with accountability and empowerment, influencing operational activities within the center of the store.
- Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
- Oversee center store activities under the Store Manager’s supervision.
- Ensure daily task lists are completed.
- Ensure daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
- Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
- Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
- Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
- Step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
- Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance, manage invoices, and perform regular vendor check-ins.
