About The Position

The Center Store Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working closely with and under the supervision of the Store Manager, this role trains, guides, and empowers team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The position oversees center store activities, inventory, daily bookwork, compliance, and guest concerns, and serves as part of the store leadership team, stepping in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.

Responsibilities

Lead and influence operational activities within the center of the store with accountability and empowerment.
Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
Oversee center store activities under the supervision of the Store Manager.
Ensure daily task lists are completed and daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
Ensure service and maintenance tickets are entered promptly.
Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
Serve on the store leadership team and step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
Conduct audits, manage invoices, and perform vendor check-ins to support compliance, financial integrity, partnerships, and product availability.
