This position involves providing friendly and courteous service to customers. Key responsibilities include stocking, straightening, and rotating product on shelves in various departments such as Dairy, Frozen, Non-Foods, and Grocery. The role also requires processing incoming product, understanding shelf tags, sorting damaged product, and operating equipment like hand jacks, power lifts, and a cardboard baler. Maintaining cleanliness of shelves, displays, backroom, and refrigerated areas, as well as adhering to company safety guidelines and productivity standards, are also essential. Training will be provided at the store level.
