About The Position

As a Center Sales Director at EWC Growth, you will lead the business, develop a winning team, and create an elevated and unique guest experience. You will own the day-to-day success of your center, encompassing sales, team performance, talent development, and operations. As the senior leader on-site, you will set the energy, establish expectations, celebrate wins, and coach your team to reach the next level. This role is for a competitive, people-first leader who loves developing talent, driving results, and building a high-performance culture.

Requirements

3+ years in a sales leadership or management role across retail, beauty, or spa industries.
Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
Team leadership and talent development.
Financial acumen, budget management, and schedule creation.
Excellent verbal and written communication and conflict resolution.
Guest service and sales expertise.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
Full-time, open availability with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Strong proficiency in English.
Must lift up to 25 lbs with the ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

Drive service sales, retail sales, Wax Passes, and future bookings.
Own center KPIs, revenue goals, and performance metrics.
Analyze results and turn insights into action.
Build local partnerships through events for grass-roots marketing to add new guests.
Coach associates on behaviors that drive stronger sales performance and elevated guest experience.
Execute local marketing and community engagement initiatives that grow the business.
Champion a consistently exceptional guest experience.
Coach associates on creating meaningful guest connections.
Resolve escalated guest concerns.
Support the front desk during high-volume periods and lead by example.
Ensure every interaction reflects brand standards.
Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing associates.
Coach your team to strengthen sales, service, and leadership skills.
Deliver regular feedback and performance conversations.
Recognize wins while creating accountability around opportunities.
Build a positive, high-energy culture where people want to perform and grow.
Build effective associate schedules while managing labor targets.
Oversee timekeeping, payroll, deposits, and other daily administrative functions.
Maintain compliance with training, licensing, HR, and operational requirements.
Manage inventory, product ordering, and payment/EFT processes.
Keep the center organized, efficient, and ready to perform every day.

Benefits

Base Salary of $65,000-$75,000 (determined based on experience) + up to $25k in annual commissions with uncapped earning potential
