This role is the key operational contact for your Health Center, blending leadership with direct patient care to ensure clinical excellence and operational performance. The Patient Wins: Little or no cost for excellent medical care or dispensed medication, allowing focus on comprehensive, patient-centered care. You Win: Consistent schedule allowing for work-life balance, no on-call or holiday schedules, consistent income with manageable productivity expectations. This pivotal role is accountable for the day-to-day health center operations, performance to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and performance management of all health center support staff, all while continuing to provide hands-on patient care. You will ensure the facility exceeds AAAHC standards and follows all established policies.
