About The Position

Saco Bay PT is seeking an Outpatient Center Manager to lead an outpatient orthopedic therapy center in Portland, Maine. The manager oversees the therapy team and provides exceptional patient care experiences through preventative and rehabilitation services that maximize functionality and promote patient well-being. The role offers the opportunity to build and manage a clinic team, with support from mentorship and orientation programs, continuing education, and opportunities to grow into specialties or move among the company’s centers.

Requirements

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license required to start.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions.
• Use local community networks to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Help grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Expand and develop a team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants (PTAs).
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities.
