Greenwich House is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Older Adult Center Director to lead one of the Older Adult Centers and manage the social work students and staff within its network. The Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Older Adult Center, ensuring a welcoming, safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for members while managing an Assistant Director, and supervising and mentoring social work students in the case assistance program to support service delivery across the Older Adult Network (OAN). The Director oversees daily meal service, develops and implements educational, cultural, and recreational programs, and collaborates closely with social work staff to coordinate client referrals and supportive services. The role also ensures the proper maintenance and upkeep of the center, builds strong relationships with center members, community partners, and stakeholders, and serves as the agency's liaison to the Center's Advisory Board. In addition, the Director cultivates partnerships with schools of social work to strengthen the OAN case assistance program, providing mentorship, coordination, and meaningful learning opportunities for social work students while expanding client support services across the network.
