Greenwich House, a dynamic nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering wellness, creativity, and connection across the city, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Center Director to join the Older Adult Network’s Park Slope Center for Successful Aging (PSCSA). This role supports the delivery of programs, services, and resources that empower older adults to remain active, connected, and independent while promoting dignity and quality of life. The Assistant Center Director will provide social work support, resource navigation, advocacy, and assistance to older adults, while also helping to oversee the daily operations and programming of the senior center. This position combines social work practice, program leadership, outreach, client support, community engagement, and supervision of social work students and volunteers to address the diverse needs of older adults. The role involves coordinating center activities, supporting program development, providing information and referrals, assisting with crisis intervention, and fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment.
